George Schildge founded
Matrix Marketing Group, Inc. As the
company's president and CEO, his vision
is to ensure world-class
marketing and public relations services to Matrix Marketing
Group's clients. Schildge's professional
offerings focus on the measurable
skills, experiences and
return-on-investment needed to enhance a
company's value to its clients and drive
business results.
Working for IBM, Sun
Microsystems, Baan Business Systems, and
several start-ups in the high-tech industry
gave Mr. Schildge an extensive business
background and a foundation for
successfully helping front line sales
and marketing people take their selling
and marketing skills to new levels. In
addition, he shows them how
to work closely with executives in
order to measure and improve sales and
marketing effectiveness.
Mr. Schildge excels at
new business generation, both in gaining
new clients and in leveraging existing
client accounts, competitive
differentiation, and selling value. His
experience also extends to helping
organizations with developing, launching
and managing a company's sales and
marketing strategy and operational plans
for products and services. While working
with these companies, he has helped them
bridge the gap between technology,
market needs, positioning and branding.
Over the years, George
has led a wide range of projects in the
high-tech, computer hardware and
software industries including: Business
and marketing strategy, new product concepting, product management,
business-to-business marketing, sales
and marketing organization and
capability building, sales and channel
management, and integrated marketing
communications. He has a track record of
ramping multiple products and firms to
profitability and has extensive
knowledge of high-tech markets and
trends.
He holds a B.A. from
State University of New York and M.B.A.
from the University of Colorado. He is a
member of AMA (American Marketing
Association), ACA (American
Communications Association), ISOC (The
Internet SOCiety), .NET Users Group, TiE
Rockies and Rockies Venture Club.
George has a talent for

tactics, giving him both vision and a
