Managing Director (Job code: MD10200815)

Matrix Marketing Group, Inc. is seeking a Managing Director with strong recruiting, communication, leadership and development skills. This person will be results-oriented and direct their team towards success. The qualified candidate will be passionate about every aspect of business. The Managing Director must work with the staff at each account to understand this vision.

The ideal candidate will have experience with B2B or B2C or agency background and act as an evangelist to develop new business opportunities to cultivate and bring in accounts that will compliment our current client mix and build upon our strong foundation in the B2B and/or B2C market space. This role is strategic in nature and utilizes a solid understanding of a client’s industry and business to help direct overall business, sales and marketing objectives, provide high-level strategy and services, direct account services and explore new opportunities to drive account growth. Given the initial focus on new business development, prior experience in a similar role will be necessary.

The compensations model is hybrid structure that is similar to that used in the legal industry for this position. Marketing Manager (Job code: MM08200812)

The Marketing Manager will drive the business strategy and implementation of client delivery for regional areas. The Marketing Manager has responsibility for managing the associate team assignments, and manage support staff as needed, while simultaneously delivering on the specific job requirements of the associate position (i.e., “set up, design, and perform day-to-day tactical tasks associated with the execution of direct marketing programs for clients.

Public Relations Manager

Job Description:
Matrix Marketing Group is seeking an experienced PR Manager with hi-tech or agency background to join our results-focused team. This position is for an active account manager who would be responsible for the day to day management of our Pay-for-Performance PR program for specific clients. Account management work includes a heavy emphasis on media relations and pitching. Specific responsibilities include writing and distributing press releases, pitching stories and interacting with the media, writing customer case studies, placing company speakers at events, submitting award applications and more. In addition this position includes being an evangelist to develop new business opportunities to cultivate and bring in new accounts that will compliment our current client mix and build upon our strong foundation in the B2B market space. Other duties include assisting with company/industry events and miscellaneous projects as needed. You will work closely with company business development programs as well.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or related field
Proven media/pitching experience

Direct account management experience

bullet

Minimum 5 years PR experience, preferably in a high-tech environment

Excellent writing and market research skills

Knowledge of PR processes and ability to work autonomously

Intern will assist and support management and staff on a variety of organizational and detail oriented tasks as directly related to marketing communications as well as general administrative type activities.

The intern will spend 40% of their time writing press materials and content for the company websites as well as marketing collateral, and 60% of their time supporting our marketing initiatives through project coordination and internal communications. Other duties may include the following:
