Recently, Lyn has been recognized, in Legendary Locals of Burlington, as a “Legend of Burlington” for her work with Ben & Jerry’s.

Building A Brand

The identity of Ben & Jerry’s was so much more than tasty ice cream. Lyn’s task here was to build a brand that reflected the spirit of the era and the personality of Ben and Jerry themselves. Hand drawn design and vibrant color captured the essence and business ethic of the super-premium ice cream brand. The vibe was joyful and whimsical. 

Part of the Ben & Jerry’s start-up team, Lyn’s creative style established the look and feel of the Ben & Jerry’s brand through color, hand lettering and original illustration, and applied to everything from pint cartons to scoop-shop interiors and the trucks that delivered the goods.
