I tend to work closely with CEO’s and others helping them craft and communicate the company’s vision and brand. Turning that vision into a long-term strategy for pioneering new and existing markets for the company to dominate.

I meet with sales and marketing leadership to help them measure and analyze productivity and effectiveness. I work with our clients to ensure success, help them form the product roadmap, create market positioning, as well as sync with the CFO’s to determine budget trade-offs with a goal of continually improving results. This collaboration across the entire management team ensures that our clients determine true ways to grow revenue with a crucial long-term perspective in mind.

Lyn has more than 25 years as a graphic designer, illustrator, creative director, and brand strategist. Lyn’s design strengths lie in her ability to combine business objectives and marketing needs with an unstudied sophistication and a strong link to the emotional qualities of the subject. She achieves this link through hand-lettering, illustration, color, pattern, texture, and a deep understanding of the principles of design.

The work Lyn did for Ben & Jerry’s during her 18-year tenure as creative director of the company, from its launch into adulthood, set the look that drove Ben & Jerry’s success. Even after her departure, that graphic foundation remains unchanged, a clear indication of its continuing value.

A principal at Harvey|Severance, Bill Harvey has more than 25 years of experience as a graphic designer, creative director, and book designer. He has worked extensively with values-driven B2B and B2C businesses to articulate their values and market positions and enhance their visual communications.

His work with local, regional, and national for-profit and nonprofit organizations has amplified their brand identities, packaging, and messaging platforms to help them achieve their business goals. Bill specializes in conceptualizing and executing complex and technical design work and branded environments that strike the right balance of brand presence, function, and simplicity.
